The Challenge
Ogun State has one of Nigeria’s highest concentrations of tertiary institutions, producing tens of thousands of ambitious graduates each year. Yet after graduation and national youth service, they face an economy that offers neither dignified employment nor accessible startup capital.
Selective bursary lotteries and occasional cash distributions are temporary political handouts—not structural economic solutions. Our young people need the equipment, capital, and technical infrastructure required to build lasting enterprises.
The LADO Strategy
The Micro-Silicon Seed Fund replaces the old handout system with a structured investment architecture—turning Ogun State into an incubator for tech developers, modern agro-entrepreneurs, and creative innovators.

Operational Execution
High-tech co-working hubs and digital incubation centres will be established across campus belts in Ogun Central, East, and West. Verified software developers, designers, and content creators will receive grants for high-end laptops, server credits, and high-speed internet infrastructure.
Drawing from the Solomon Kessington Agro-Allied Limited blueprint, young agro-entrepreneurs will receive seed capital, access to mechanised farming implements, and exclusive training within modern livestock and food-processing value chains.
An institutional freeze on tuition and hidden levy increases across TASUED, OOU, and MAPOLY within the first 100 days will protect students from dropout pressure and enable them to graduate into the seed-fund pipeline.
